This electric frypan showcases, the manufacturer, Sunbeam's, 'Controlled Heat Technology' which features a built-in thermostat designed to maintain consistent and controlled cooking temperatures—an important advancement in home cooking at the time of its release. Constructed from heavy cast aluminum, the frypan offers excellent heat distribution and long-lasting durability. Its interior is polished to a smooth finish, enhancing both performance and ease of cleaning. The domed lid is designed to accommodate larger food items, making it ideal for roasting as well as a variety of other cooking methods, including frying, sauteing, baking and simmering.
