To: Mrs W Green C’- Mrs J Whitehouse, Matatoki. “Dear Mrs Green, I hope you are having a good holiday. I came home last Tuesday I had a lovely time in town. I hope the children & yourself are keeping well. Will you let me know what day you are coming through Te Aroha & ! will come down to the station. Give my love to all. Nellie. Background: William and Ruth Green came to live in Thames for a while, William was a part-time Baptist Minister. Wife Ruth, was a seamstress and had a shop in town.
