Clock - Westclox Alarm

Shared by Western Bay Museum

This is a small domestic alarm clock. It probably sat on a bedside table or cabinet. As well as telling the time, an alarm clock is specifically designed to make a loud ringing sound to alert an individual at a specified time. More often these types of clocks are used to awaken people from their night's sleep or short nap.
