Handwritten record of decisions made to organise a dance on Wednesday 19th September 1945, on Springston Sunshine Club letterhead. Arrangements included engaging the Majestic Band and Parrett's to cater. Prices 2/6 and 3/6 To be advertised once in The Press and twice in The Guardian Mr C. Russell donated one pound one shilling for a waltzing competition. Prizes for dances were donated by Mrs Hosking, A. Tyson, Jack Smith, Mrs Cottom, Hazel Garland and Pearl Wall.
