The Jack Morgan Museum is adjacent to the historic hotel at Hukerenui approximately 30km north of Whangarei on State Highway 1.
The museum houses the collections from locals and is based on that of local identity Jack Morgan and was built up over the past 60 years.
It includes a fine collection of stationary engines (mostly in running order), agricultural implements, artefacts relating to the local area, the railway and local Māori.
The Museum has public toilets on the same site and ample parking.
We acknowledge financial support from the Whangarei District Council, Foundation North, Oxford Sports Trust, Pub Charity and a number of local sponsors.
