Moa bones, unidentified (phalanges?)

Seven small sized bones from an unidentified species of moa that were uncovered and subsequently excavated from a rock cleft near Cromwell during the construction of roading for the Clyde Dam project 1979-1981. The bones were excavated by N Ritchie (MOW archaeologist) from what became known as the Firewood Creek Deposit.
