This German tube radio made by Telefunken, 813W, circa mid 20th century. Telefunken was a prominent German radio manufacturer, founded in Berlin in 1903. It set up the first worldwide communications company prior to WW1. ("Tele" is "distance, "funken" is spark.) The radio is powered by electricity. In 2023, Telefunken was purchased by investment company Gordon Brothers.
