Tūātapere & Districts Schools - Anzac Displays at RSA, art works from 2024: We were given permission to collect all of the students Anzac Art from 2024, from our local kura or schools, this was originally displayed at the RSA Hall and featured here in Tūātapere, It is now available to view in these online community archives from the CWA Community & Heritage Hub. This comprises pieces of art by students from both Hauroko Valley School & Waiau Area School and these are entered under separate class categories, with students names if recorded. Please use the search function on our home page under this eHive account to find the class and school you require. NOTE: If your child would like their original artworks back, please contact us. Otherwise, now these pieces are digitised, they will be recycled. IMAGES OF ARTWORKS, by students in Kowhai Class at Hauroko Valley Primary, Year 0-2. We have saved the current Anzac Art by our local schools, as it is especially important for us to engage with our community and especially our tamariki and rangatahi and to treasure their involvement in our local/district history.
