Shared by The Kauri Museum Matakohe
Rectangular table runner of cream satin fabric backed with open weave cotton and metal applique and metal fringing. Central design of flowers and leaves. Metal 'perle' thread is silver/bronze coloured. Raw edges except for the selvedge on each side. A tag is sewn onto back of runner written in a script possibly Arabic/Turkish.
