Booklet, "Leather for Farm and Home Use. The Book shows you "How to make good useful leather suitable for all purposes on the farm or in the home". This book sat under the counter and was used to answer queries from clients of The National Mortgage & Agency Co Ltd in Cromwell. It has handwritten notes in red ink on several pages and Mr G.H. Mullholland is written on the inside back cover. Inside the book is: i: Work sheet - The Benjamin A. Phelps "Pioneer" Course on Dressing & Dyeing Woolskins Golden Yellow with notes in red ink; ii: correspondence from Benjamin Phelps to Mr G. H Mulholland regarding an order and iii: a receipt issued to Mr Mulholland for £3 for Instruction for Making Leather.
