Cookery book' Cottage cooking for Old fashioned Hospitality'.This cookery book was made by the Mataura Historical Society in the early 1980s in support of its building fund. The sections include: Biscuits, cakes, drinks, fillings and spreads, jams, luncheon and tea dishes, meat dishes, pickles and chutneys, puddings, sauces and dressings, soups, supper savouries, sweets miscellaneous, and a humorous section.
