Rutherford written on inner pocket, tag inside back collar "DEFENCE", 2 NZ fern and crown badges on collar, 2 epaulettes 1button and 1 "Military Force" badge on each, Button have 4 stars NZ Force, 5 large buttons and 6 smaller ones, a leather tag to protect collar, 2 metal hooks and eyes at collar opening, 2 hooks at waist for belt, 2 large pockets, 2 chest pockets, small wide pleat.
