Autumn Task. Napier City Council leading hand Louis Burland clears leaves from Rutherford Road today. He is one of a gang of four men who have worked during autumn clearing leaves from gutters in Napier. This year extra help has been sought from cleaning firms in the city to ensure the leaves don't block gutters. The council expects leaves to continue falling for about another fortnight.
